Hi, I realised that Chrome has been downloading files at an extremely slow speed. When I download games from Steam, I get around 30 MB/s , but when downloading simple drivers from Chrome, the speed drops all the way to 40 KB/s . If you no longer see an issue with downloading files, your browser profile could be corrupt. Try Chrome Canary (a newer version of Chrome under development) to download files. I run the beta version of Chrome and I am on version 77 currently and do not see the issue. I also had a co-worker on Chrome 76.0.3809.100 that did not have an issue downloading the ICA files. We are also on StoreFront 7.15.4000 and NetScaler 12.1 53.12.
