If I make sure that Steam has not yet been started and then launch CIV, steam starts up as part of the process to start CIV, but the mods do appear. 2018 at 15:44 UTC.

I bought Civ VI today and it won’t start, it says “No compatible graphics device found. Please ensure your syste has a correctly configured, compatible graphics device”. My card is Intel HD Graphics 3000 with about 1.6 RAM, Directx 12 on Windows 10.
